Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return. To request a return, contact us at threecrowsmetalworks@gmail.com.
After contacting us, return the product with its included accessories, original packaging, and the original receipt (or gift receipt).
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. The package should be mailed to:

Refunds or Exchanges
Once your order is received and processed, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at threecrowsmetalworks@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange rather than a refund, please include the details of your exchange in the your email. Once the return is received, we will contact you to process your exchange.
Please remember that exchanges are dependent on our inventory at the time of your return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any issue so we can make it right.
